Giclee prints sent via UPS. Prints 16x20” and smaller will be mailed flat - anything larger will be shipped rolled. Any smaller prints ordered with larger rolled prints will also be rolled. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, and do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses by UPS.
