House/Architectural Portraits

I work off of pictures, so the better the picture - the better the painting.  Please send along any images you have to hello@maryannacolemandesign.com (and please check spam/junk if you haven't heard back from me within two days).  I can help you figure out which will work best compositionally and with my painting style.  When gathering pictures, keep in mind the angle, lighting/shadows, and that it’s not too blurry or pixelated.  The best images are taken during the daytime when it’s well lit!  Once I receive the pictures and am able to work off of them, we both sign a contract (covering shipping/payment policies) and I get to work.

You can also email me first with pictures if you’d like to go over specifics and assure that the pictures will work.

We do not accept any returns, as items are made to order and one of a kind, with production starting immediately.  No paintings are sold that are not up to quality.

Original paintings will be mailed in a stiff mailer to client via USPS or UPS.  We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and do not offer refunds.  If the original painting is lost or damaged in transit, artist will provide a professionally made 8x10” Giclee print of the original image, so long as there is photographic proof of damage or a statement of loss from the carrier.  We are not responsible for any shipping delays by carrier. Tracking information will be provided once available.  Customer responsible for any needed upgraded shipping costs.
