Giclee prints sent via UPS or USPS.  Prints 16x20” and smaller will be mailed flat - anything larger will be shipped rolled.  Any smaller prints ordered with larger rolled prints will also be rolled.  We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, and do not offer refunds.  We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses by UPS or USPS.  If a print is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping company.  We are not responsible for any shipping delays by UPS or USPS.  Tracking information will be provided once available. Orders outside of the U.S. will be charged shipping.
