Original pieces shipped via UPS and are insured.  We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, as these are delicate products to ship.  If there is significant damage, a case will be filed with UPS and whatever money is sent back will be split between customer and artist.  We are not responsible for delays by UPS.  Tracking information will be provided once available. Orders outside of the U.S. will be charged shipping.  Please contact me for these rates.

Final sale for original pieces, there are no refunds or exchanges.  If there is an issue, customer can contact artist, but there are generally not guarantees.
